Please contact us immediately if you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item by emailing us at: jwolfe@mgdisplays.com and providing us the following information:

  • your full name
  • your invoice/order number
  • the item(s) you believe are incorrect, damaged, or defective from your order

Inquiries received after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Warranty

We will replace your order at our cost if it arrives in a defective or damaged condition.  When we package and send each order, our team performs a quality control inspection of each item, but we are human and sometimes we make mistakes.

Quality issues: If you feel you have received an item that would not meet our quality control standards, please email us the following information within 3 days of delivery:

Please make the subject of the email REPLACEMENT REQUEST

  • pictures of your item
  • an explanation of what you feel is wrong
  • your invoice/order number
  • your full name.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please follow the same format and send us an email with the following information:

Please make the subject of the email DAMAGED: REPLACEMENT REQUEST

  • pictures that show the damage
  • your full name
  • your invoice/order number

We will review each replacement request and respond within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to approve or reject requests based on our internal quality control standards.

If we approve your replacement request, we will place a duplicate order on your behalf and you will receive a new email with a confirmation number and new invoice/order number.  Once your replacement ships, you will receive an email with tracking information for that order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your new order.

All requests must be received within 3 days of delivery.  Requests received afterward will not be eligible for coverage under this warranty.  Return and exchange policies are subject to change.
